Shipping Policy

Most Thermisight orders — placed on thermisightdynamics.com, thermisighthunters.com, thermisightindustrial.com, or thermisightdrone.com, all owned and operated by Thermisight Dynamics LLC — are fulfilled and shipped directly by the product's manufacturer. This keeps stock fresh and warranty coverage intact, but means lead times and carriers vary by brand.

Processing & Lead Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once routed to the manufacturer, most ship within 2–5 business days; items on backorder may take longer, in which case we'll notify you with an estimated ship date.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 states via major carriers (UPS/FedEx/USPS). Tracking is provided once the manufacturer ships. Free shipping promotions, when offered, apply to continental U.S. addresses.

International & Export

Thermal imaging devices may be subject to U.S. export controls (ITAR/EAR). We do not ship restricted items outside the United States without proper authorization. International orders, where permitted, may incur duties, taxes, and customs fees payable by the customer.

Backorders

If a product is out of stock at the manufacturer, we'll hold your order and notify you of expected availability. You may cancel a backordered item for a full refund any time before it ships. Consistent with the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 CFR Part 425), if we cannot ship within 30 days of your order (or the time otherwise stated to you), we will notify you, provide a revised ship date, and offer you the option to cancel for a prompt, full refund.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once a package leaves the manufacturer, delivery is in the carrier's hands. If tracking stalls or a package is lost, contact us and we'll open a carrier investigation and work toward a replacement or refund.
